MISSION STATEMENT

   Our goal is to ensure that our military families, with special needs children, have access to an appropriate education for their children without delay and receive resources and supports available through the state of California.  We have a vision to empower the Military family, to improve their quality of life, through workshops, video   workshops and one to one advocacy training.
