After we are connected, we can remotely operate your computer with you just as if we were with you at your  computer.

The connections are encrypted, password-protected and time specific.  Remote Assistance capability is built into the Microsoft Windows operating systems. We can also connect to you by other methods over the internet regardless of your operating system or email/instant messenger status.
